Installing Software?

I am new to this go easy on me.... I downloaded software from a link in the forums, Its a .rar file with a folder in it filled with many more rar files. My question is how do I install the program?? Please explain in simple terms if you can..Cheers

first upack the rar file using winrar to any directory.
then, like you described, you have a folder with more rar files.

i assume the endings are part01.rar, part02.rar etc.

doesn't matter, extract these files to a new folder, then you should have an .exe file.

double click to install the programm to desired directory.
