Shipping policy

Orders generally leave our facility within 1-2 business day after the order is placed (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). When you select your shipping method, you will be provided various shipping speed options. We ship orders via Fedex Air. 

Exceptions: 

• Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are the same, but shipping times may be longer than quoted. 
• Please be aware that orders over $500 have a shipping time of 4-7 days.

Please check your address information carefully before placing your order. 

Please note:

Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed beyond that time for any reason.

Orders that contain chocolate covered products will be shipped with ice to maintain their integrity for our no-melt guarantee, and may ship separately from the rest of your order. 

Soft Pretzel orders require a lead time for baking and order processing, and will be shipped the following business day. Express delivery timelines for soft pretzels may not be guaranteed from the date an order is placed.
